  • Extensive Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Finance: Possesses deep technical architectural knowledge in Oracle ERP applications, with specialization in Integration (OIC), Extensions (VBCS), Conversions, and various Reporting tools (BIP, OTBI), as well as BICC extract, FRS, Smart Views, BPM, and Infolets.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud Applications: Strong background in working with Oracle ERP Cloud, including a thorough understanding of the suite’s products and how its modules interact with third-party applications.
  • Proven Track Record in Full Lifecycle Cloud Projects: Successfully led the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP applications, particularly within Oracle financial modules, in at least one complete lifecycle cloud project.
  • Significant Experience in OIC, Extensions, and Reporting: With 3-4 years of hands-on experience, served as a subject matter expert (SME) in implementing Oracle Cloud ERP (Core Financials), possessing functional knowledge of the Cloud ERP solution suite.
  • Translating Business Requirements into Technical Specifications: Skilled at converting business needs into technical specifications that inform system configurations and developments.
  • In-Depth Functional Knowledge: Expertise in functional process flows and configuration across key modules, including:
    • Oracle General Ledger (GL)
    • Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Oracle Fixed Assets (FA)
    • Oracle Cash Management (CM)
    • Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA)
    • Oracle E-Business Tax, Oracle Cloud Tax, Revenue, and HCM
    • Financial Statements Generator (FSG)
    • Financials Reporting Studio (FRS)
    • SmartView
    • Online Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
    • Capable of creating SQL queries and analyzing data.
  • Strong Knowledge in Additional Areas: Thorough understanding of Order Management (OM), TCA, Inventory, Purchasing, and Service Contracts.
  • Testing and Process Improvement: Provides support in testing activities, including integration, end-to-end business process testing, and UAT. Actively drives change within Finance to improve service delivery by identifying process gaps and staying updated with new platform releases.
  • Quarterly System Upgrades: Key participant in delivering and supporting Oracle Fusion systems’ quarterly upgrades.
  • Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of relational database concepts, internet technologies, and Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Team Collaboration and Multitasking: Works effectively within a cross-functional team environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines.
  • Certifications: Holding Oracle Cloud Financials certifications is an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Interactions:

  • ERP Cloud Financials Expertise: In a delivery role, collaborate with diverse teams and clients to conduct assessments and workshops, positioning Oracle Cloud ERP solutions and preparing clients for migration to Oracle Cloud. Serve as a subject matter advisor on Cloud ERP throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Task Management: Handle a mix of structured and unstructured tasks, exercising judgment within established procedures and practices. Identify semi-routine problems and propose solutions, using well-defined problem-solving processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 6-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s Degree: A Master’s degree in Computer Science is also acceptable, with corresponding experience.
