Job Title: Senior QA Engineer
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Gurgaon
Role Overview:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that both business and technology goals are met. You will collaborate with team members across at least three different locations in the region. Our collective aim is to provide reliable IT services and project support to the bank, helping it achieve its ambitious growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute test scripts as per the plan, with a focus on automated testing.
- Develop testing code/scripts based on requirements.
- Maintain and update test scripts.
- Propose solutions and coordinate with the team leader on implementation.
- Prepare necessary documentation.
- Engage in any calls or meetings that are asked, as well as the daily meetings.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the testing domain.
- Hands-on experience with AWS testing is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies, with advanced programming skills in Java or Python.
- Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Behave, PyTest, and Cucumber.
- Previous experience with test automation tools like Tosca, Selenium, MySQL, and possibly NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Advanced knowledge of CI/CD processes, particularly using tools like GitLab and TeamCity.
